11. Breathe Deeply on Purpose
Oxygen is an important source of life. We all know how to breathe, but not all of us know how to breathe properly It’s because most of us only take shallow breaths and breathe to 1/3 of our lung capacity. Sometimes, it’s also great to take deep breaths because it can help in reducing stress and relieve our body from aches and pains. Aside from that, it can also help with better blood flow and in getting a better night’s sleep. A full breath is when the lungs are completely filled, your abdomen expands, and there is a minimum movement in your shoulders.
12. Stop or Avoid Smoking
