Cook them and add some parsley, and the spicy and crispy sautéed mushrooms are ready to eat.

5. Mushroom Risotto

Heat olive oil over medium-high flame in a non-stick skillet. Sauté garlic and onion in it until golden brown. Now remove the garlic and stir in the celery, parsley, salt, and pepper. The delicious Risotto is ready to serve hot!

6. Mushroom Orzo

Take butter and melt it in a skillet over medium heat. Stir pearl onions and cook them until golden brown. Mix onions in orzo pasta, mushrooms, and butter. Cook them all for 5 minutes to tender the mushrooms. Now pour water and white wine into the skillet and boil the liquid at medium heat. Season garlic powder, salt, and pepper and cook for 7-10 minutes.

In the end, sprinkle some parmesan cheese and parsley and serve it hot.

7. Spicy Mushroom Larb

Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add terra dolce mushrooms and cook until both sides are golden brown. To avoid scorching, toss them frequently and reduce the heat when needed.

Take out mushrooms on a plate and add onions and shallots in oil. Reduce the heat and cook them for 8-10 minutes. Now add water and fried mushrooms to the pot.

Next, add soup, mushrooms, cashews, and miso to a blender; puree them until smooth. Get back to the soup and simmer it for 15 minutes. For finishing, take a saucepan, add oil, garlic, thyme, and pepper and simmer it over medium heat. Season some more salt and pepper for better taste. Ladle the soup in a bowl and drizzle with garlic oil to serve.

Meanwhile, boil farro spaghetti in salted water. Drain the spaghetti and keep the water aside. Now cook and toss mushrooms, hazelnut stock, spaghetti, and water. Cook until the sauce thickens. For garnishing, add some lemon zest and hazelnuts. The dish is now ready to be served.
