You need to make sure you are getting at least 8 hours of sleep every night if you want to make sure that your body is not going to hold onto any extra water weight.

Caffeine is a natural diuretic, which means it will help you to naturally shed any excess water that your body is trying to retain. 

6. Relax & Don’t Stress

Stress can make you retain water more easily and this will lead to you developing bloat. Make sure you are taking time to relax daily and not letting your stress level get too high.
